To order your Home Information Pack (HIP), simply complete the online order form. This will both order your HIP from the National Conveyancing Centre and form the basis of your sale statement.
Once payment has been accepted, you will be emailed your username and password to view your Home Information Pack and to track its progress.
If you require a hard printed copy of your HIP, you may request this through your viewable HIP: there is a small additional charge to cover the cost of printing, binding and mailing the Home Information Pack to you. |
